Sweet Rice

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups rice

1 1/2 cup sugar

6 tsp ghee

2 tsp half cashews

1 1/2 tsp golden raisins

1 tsp elachi powder (cardamom)

few strands saffron

How to make Sweet Rice:

Cook rice with 3 cups of water, saffron strands and the sugar
with 1 tsp of ghee (so that the rice does not stick), in an electric
rice cooker.
Heat ghee, fry cashewnuts and raisins.
Add to the rice, add the elachi powder and stir thoroughly.
Cool and Serve.
